Christopher DelGuidice President, CEO Mr. DelGuidice obtained his B.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology in Building Construction in 1980. He prides himself on maintaining quality, long lasting buisiness relationships with integrity as his cornerstone. Scot Hamilton Senior Vice President Real Estate Development Mr. Hamilton obtained his B.S. in Building Construction from the University of West Florida in 1987 and holds a Florida Certified General Contractors license. Previous to joining Del American Inc. Mr. Hamilton managed construction activities on multiple projects including a 390 unit apartment development and two $20,000,000 time-share resorts. Don Kafka, PE Architectural Engineering Consultant Mr. Kafka has been associated with the Del Guidice family business for over 30 years both in the United States and Puerto Rico. He is a registered Professional Engineer in several states as well as a Florida Class “A” General Contractor and has participated in the construction of over 15,000 single and multifamily housing units. Mr. Kafka received his engineering degree from Stanford University, and coordinates development and construction contract negotiations. Gustavo F. Silvestri Owner’s Representative and QC Department Mr. Silvestri has been in the business for 30 years and with Del American for 8. Mr. Silvestri obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University in 1972 and holds both a Florida Certified Contractor license and a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license. For 20 years prior to joining Del American Mr. Silvestri was Executive Vice President for a single and multifamily developer in Central Florida. Jenny A. Ronning Managing Director Leasing & Marketing Mrs. Ronning obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration; she also holds a CAM and Florida Real Estate License. With fifteen years of experiences in similar position with national and international Developers and Residential companies. She also served on the Education Committee for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando for two years. Richard Herbach Controller Mr. Herbach has been the Controller for Del American since June 2003. He has held similar positions for fifteen years, seven of which have been in the Property Management / Residential Development industry. He also was in public accounting for four years. Richard oversees the accounting and payroll/human resources function of the company. Brock Bunnell Chief Information Technology Officer Mr. Bunnell is responsible for technical issues including support, organization, hardware setup and configuration. He has worked for many large defense contractors in the Orlando area before arriving at Del American. His Educational background includes a finance degree from the University of Central Florida with a minor in Computer Science. Benita Hendrickson Assistant Director of Development and Design Miss Hendrickson obtained a B.S. degree in Interior design while working as an innovative design professional in the field of high-end residential construction. Making sure that no detail is missed, she works hand in hand with our lead designer on the creation and refinement of all interior and exterior elements that go into our properties. She is also an Allied Member of ASID. Kristofer M. Savial Architectural Illustration and Marketing Graphics Mr. Savial has worked in the fields of Art, Architecture, Design, and Illustration for 13 years. A degree in Architectural Construction / Civil Engineering Tech in 1997 has since led to a versatile career including High-End Residential Design, Architectural Illustration, Commercial Construction Documentation, and 3D Modeling. He is a member of the American Society of Architectural Illustrators (ASAI) and has worked with distinguished internationally known Artists and Architects over the years, aiding in progressive project development.
