In February 2003, The Grand Bellagio and Grand Venezia at Bay Watch, two new luxury class "AA" condominium and apartment communities located in Clearwater, Florida, were selected as finalists in the "Best Garden Apartment Community" category in the "Pillars of the Industry" awards held by the National Association of Home Builders(NAHB). The Grand Reserve at Park Place, a luxury class "A" apartment community, was also voted "Best Garden Apartment Community of 1999" by the NAHB "Pillars Awards." In the 2000 NAHB awards, The Grand Reserve at Tampa Palms placed as a finalist for "Best Interior Model Merchandising.”
